Shipping FAQs

  • What shipping carrier do you use?

    • We are supporting the USPS! Please ensure you include the correct address at checkout out and rates will be automatically calculated.

  • What is the handling time before shipment?

    •  We aim to pack and process your order within 24 hours of receiving it so that you’re able to complete your gorgeously dark looks with your new items as soon as possible. Orders placed on Sundays will be processed within 24 hours of business opening PST on Monday.

  • What are your shipping rates?

    • We provide you with two options for shipping. First, the standard USPS shipping rates for national and international shipping. Secondly, we also provide shipments via Shipstation with USPS or UPS. The second option will typically be more affordable. All rates are calculated automatically based on your ship-to address so please ensure your address is correct. We are currently located on the West Coast of the US and shipments will leave from Seattle, WA. 

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    • We offer free shipping at the order thresholds below if you select shipping via USPS:

      • Domestic Ground Advantage: Free shipping on all orders over $50

      • Domestic Priority Mail: Free shipping on all orders over $100

      • First-Class Package International: Free Shipping on all orders of $150

    • These will automatically be applied at checkout.

  • What shipping services do you offer?

    • We currently offer three USA domestic shipping levels: Ground Advantage (3-5 business days), Priority Mail (1-3 business days), and Priority Mail Express (2 business days).

    • We also offer two international shipping levels: First-Class Package International (6-10 business days) and Priority Mail International (3-5 business days).

    • If you select to ship with Shipstation, you will also be able to select UPS shipping options. 

  • Who pays for shipping?

    • Because we are a small start-up, we are currently having the buyer pay for shipping as automatically calculated at checkout. We use Shipstation to provide you with the lowest rates possible. 

Return and Refund Policies

  • Types of returns accepted

    • We accept returns if the product arrived damaged or is defective.

  • Return window

    • We allow returns within 14 days of delivery for your money back, or within 30 days for store credit or exchange.

  • Who pays for return shipping?

    • We will pay for return shipping and provide you with a shipping label. To ship your return drop it off at a local Post Office or USPS drop box.

  •  Refund methods

    • We provide three refund options: Store credit, exchange, or money back to the original payment method. Refund will be processed when we receive your order back
